- Move the knee in circle

- High hips

Goal: for efficient swimming
Palm face the moving direction
Tips
- Look down to avoid legs dip
- For catch, reach to the furtherest before pull

- Let the body control, I feel like my body works better than my brain, forget about the very specific move, understand the goal and basic principle
